Shepard's Pie wine. Bright acid typical of Minervois. Cherry fruit, tart and prickly. Crushed pepper, black. There is this earthy rubbery thing that dissipates over time. Not dirty biodynamie. — 8 years ago

The 14.5 % turned me off at first but this is balanced big time-plus vineyard is certified biodynamic in languedoc. Quite delic-think willie wonks gobs of black fruit but somehow restrained. All for under 20 $-impressive — 10 years ago

Delicious example of the incredible value to be found in the south of France. 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and the rest cinsault. Garrigue and blackberry with surprisingly light strawberry notes underneath from the Grenache. For 10 bucks a bottle, just goes to show that if you know where to look there is great value to be had...especially in France — 8 years ago
For the price it was great. — 8 years ago
Interesting wine: on one side the taste is very smooth, almost bland at first. But on another it is very rich and fruity. Very enjoyable, and surprising. — 8 years ago
