Barrel aged saison in white wine barrels on tap at mikkeller SF. Fantastic beer. Rich creamy mouthfeel with amazing malt, but a great tartness and funk to balance it out. For a beer with so much going on (dry hopped, saison, white wine barrels) it is insanely well balanced. Perfect Christmas time beer. — 8 years ago
