1990 Paul Jaboulet Aine Hermitage La Chapelle Syrah. Dinner w JB and Mc at Mic's. Epic. Absolutely perfect. Mc especially loved the meaty, peppery, savory notes in the wine. Super smooth, long finish. Drank this before the '85 Henshke and this won out. Perfect. — 7 years ago
