Light body, smooth finish. Starts with heavy fruit - cherry, current, and a bit of citrus. Finish is earthy with notes of tobacco pepper and anise. — 8 years ago
Medium body. Had it with lasagna and it paired beautifully! Cherry, blackberry with a bit of that oak aging effect. Had a nice finish. Will definitely buy again. — 10 years ago

This 100% Viognier is a star bright green gold. Old bananas and fresh white flowers on the abundant nose. Full bodied complex palate yields all sorts of stuff: banana, magnolia petal, underripe and overripe tropical fruits, white pepper, white peach, and on and on. Finish is medium long and doesn’t fade into that darkness typical of many white Rhône varieties. Medium minus acidity, of course. This is classic Viognier. Very varietally typical in every way. Enjoy on its own or with rich “white wine” dishes , especially cream sauces or roasts poultry. Drink now through 2022. — 4 years ago

2006 Vintage. Large and in charge. This wine is very showy offering a nose of nutmeg, sage, black cherry, black licorice, cedar, & fall leaves. Big Wine! Black cherry, rhubarb, raspberry, black berry, cassis, blueberry and dark chocolate. Great purity for being this powerful. Finish is long and fine tuned. — 9 years ago

My fondness for Silla Sebaste grows with each glass. This is my first Bussia from this producer and it’s approachable on opening and opens up even more over several hours. Pronounced floral and cherry nose. Mouth watering cherry and other dark fruits, spices, and add a little smoke and leather from front to mid palate. The moderate lingering tannins start to take over late palate and dry the mouth through the finish. Wonderful experience with a lot going on. — 3 years ago
