Tasted from a 3 Liter/Double Mag. This wine is a big Yquem. The fruit flavors I get are honey melon, peach and pineapples. The botrytis is massive in this wine. I even prefer this wine to the 83, 86 and 89. However, due to the rains in 82, there is not much to go around. Harvest began on September 16 and ended on the 25. Five weeks of rain follow. They will waited until November 7 to make a final pass. — 9 years ago
