Deep and dense. This wine even at 26 years old needed a lot of time. Decanted and enjoyed over 5 hours. It truly hit its stride after hour 4. Spicy, rich dark fruit and lots of grip.

Massive is an under-statement. This wine was a Puppy. Many more years of enjoyment left in this wine, I think a minimum of 20 years. Top class Grange and worth the money! 94+ points.

If there is an Australian wine that is designed to cellar, Grange is it. Nose was intense. No need for Sudafed nasal spray if you have a blocked nose. At 16 years old, this Australian icon must not be disturbed.
