Brimming with ripe Russian River Valley fruit. Black cherry, raspberry and strawberries, with oak and tobacco. Lush and well made, but not my personal style of Pinot Noir. Extracted and a bit too hot for my palate. 14.8% ABV. 90 cases produced by Tuck Beckstoffer Wines. — 8 years ago
Very open and nicely perfumed. Fairly rich with a nice tail and acidity. Hints of salt marsh and faint salted licorice, but with kiwi, green fruit and buttered lemon towards the end. — 8 years ago

Delicious methode Champagnoise Chardonnay at On The Marsh in Kennebunk, the Cape Arundel Inn in Kennebunkport, and Chez Boet in Naples, FL — 7 years ago
This is a tight, crisp lean, delightful, refreshing Cotes de Provence wine. Some 2017 rose' are proving to be too plump for my tastes, but this one seems perfect. Had it with some casual seafood at an outdoor joint, the briny salt marsh air proved to be a perfect companion. — 8 years ago
Had grand marnier for the first time Wednesday 👌🏻 and just took a swig of Maker’s Mark straight for the first time. A week of firsts! — 8 years ago

Smooth Chablis (Chardonnay) with a good balance of acid and minerality at On The Marsh in Kennebunk — 7 years ago
Clear, deep garnet in colour with clean, pronounced aromas of flowers, black cherries, tobacco, leather and figs. Dry, medium to full bodied with high acidity and high tannins that are in perfect balance. Complex flavours of blackberries, cherries and vanilla with even a hint of tobacco. Long finish. Opened 6 - 7 hours before being decanted for an hour or two before consumption. An outstanding wine. One of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever had. An absolutely fantastic accompaniment to the rack of Romney Salt Marsh lamb.

Excellent Brunello. Raspberry and cherry fruit, with some pencil box, tobacco, minerality and a touch of barnyard on the nose. Silky and very well balanced. Rated 95 points by Wine Spectator and named number 4 on Wine Spectator's Top 100 wines of 2017. — 8 years ago

Chaulk and grapefruit on the nose with a bit of sea marsh.
Elegant and smooth on the palate, notes and sensation of cream and butter as it is aged on the lees. Lemon, white peach, and honeysuckle. Medium acidity, medium length, overall very polished and well done. — 6 years ago
