This is the Te Hana Reserve Cuvée. Excellent value for money sparkling from NZ at only approximately $15. Good varietal nose (80% chard 20% Pinot) and powerful palate for the price point.

Good balance. Not to much oak. A pleasure to drink with rare ahi tuna in Hana. No palate fatigue at all. Really more food friendly than I expected as I don't drink much California Chardonnay. — 11 years ago
