I love trying Pinot Noirs from Alsace. Talk about a quest for the Holy Grail. Nose is a bit muted, but shows tangy red berry fruit, mulled spices, vanilla, and warm, moist gravelly scents. In the mouth it’s concentrated but not heavy, with very clingy flavors ranging from dark cherry to savory and pleasantly-roasted root vegetable notes. Tangy acids. Very subtle and unique, and it goes well with the artichoke/bacon quiche tonight. — 4 years ago

Lemon grass, bread dough, lemon zest, and fine bubble with a tart acid finish. — 7 years ago
This is very light. I’m blinded in a Manfred Mann kinda way. Subdued. This could become a true love affair based on respect, admiration and tasty tannins. — 9 years ago
Green apple, pineapple, minerality and a lovely waxiness. It's clean with a sweet acidity and notes of stone fruit. Really delicate and something I'd happily drink again and again! — 5 years ago
Really fun wine ! — 5 years ago
Clear, deep garnet colour. Clean, pronounced fruits. Dry, high acidity and tannins beautifully balanced. Full bodied with a long finish. Pronounced fruit flavours with a hint of vanilla. Exceptional wine. — 5 years ago
