Beautifully dry Chenin. Classic rubber tire finish on the nose; green and yellow fruits on the palate; lots of rocks. Not too complex for everyday drinking but not too simplistic for some contemplation. — 9 years ago

Cozy little spot between Richebourg, Cros Parentoux and Aux Brûlées. Nice neighborhood. — 10 years ago
A departure from the brioche breadiness of some of the Côte des Blancs' more famous grandes maisons. PG & F also sets itself apart due to the high percentage of old vines at their relatively small estate, in a region suffering from a plethora of young vineyards. Crisp clean refreshing fruit forward. Great expression of Blanc de Blancs perfect at the raw bar — 9 years ago
