Crisp. Citrusy. Frizzante. Good aperitif. Good with fish. — 8 years ago
Lobster night at Two Fish in Haddonfield and needed a Chardonnay but didn't seem to have any but this 15 year old Stony Hill. What a treat, did not show its age at all and very pleasant all around. Very intergraded on the nose and taste so did not show a lot of complexity but it was balanced. I believe no oak is the reason for aging so well and being great to drink. Got a couple of bottles left and will finish them off shortly. — 9 years ago
Beautiful copper color, crisp and subtle cherrie notes. Be great with chicken or fish. — 10 years ago
One of three offerings from Mad Fritz last night @ NVWTG. Not usually a stout fan, I thoroughly enjoyed this well balanced brew. Wish I had snapped pics of the others! Great beer with a great story. Serious craftsmanship at work. — 10 years ago
Excellent dry, open bottle keeps well over a couple days. — 6 years ago
Fantastic wine. Pear, lemon, very floral, honey nose. Paired great with fish. — 7 years ago
An amazing Pinot Noir. Pairs very effectively with the house yellowtail specialities (Tsujiki fish market flown in) — 9 years ago
I don't normally like white wine, but this was a perfect dinner pairing. — 10 years ago
Excellent blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Tempranillo instead of Syrah. Works very well. I saw this described as “dusty fruits” which I take to mean earthy, and just slightly subdued. Relatively smooth and opens up nicely with air time. Will keep the other bottles for a while to see how the evolve. Another good effort from ONX wines out of Pasa Robles. Cheers — 6 years ago
Light, crisp, delicious. Perfect eith scallops and fish! — 7 years ago
Amazingly crisp! Not what I expected, in a good way. — 8 years ago
I have no idea why I like it? But I do! It's crisp, but a bit sweet, almost. And fruity! And a bit acidic... maybe, summertime madness? But I love it! Goes great with fish and fruits, and desserts! I'm quite baffled — 9 years ago
Smooth, light notes. Great with fish. Not too acidic. Lemony, ginger, buttery, golden raisin and dried apricot. — 9 years ago
Love whisper my angel. Perfect dry rose for salads & fish. Would recommend to anyone looking for rose that's not sweet and dry on the tongue — 10 years ago
