Dinner with the Tucker’s @ Sunset Grille. Norwalk CT 🇺🇸 — 6 years ago
Crisp. Citrusy. Frizzante. Good aperitif. Good with fish. — 7 years ago
Lobster night at Two Fish in Haddonfield and needed a Chardonnay but didn't seem to have any but this 15 year old Stony Hill. What a treat, did not show its age at all and very pleasant all around. Very intergraded on the nose and taste so did not show a lot of complexity but it was balanced. I believe no oak is the reason for aging so well and being great to drink. Got a couple of bottles left and will finish them off shortly. — 8 years ago
I don't normally like white wine, but this was a perfect dinner pairing. — 9 years ago
Nice tasty — 5 years ago
Terrific Sauvignon Blanc with all of the positive NZ attributes, but the balance is better than most. Delicious on its own or with food, especially fish and chicken. 2018 — 6 years ago
Amazingly crisp! Not what I expected, in a good way. — 7 years ago
An amazing Pinot Noir. Pairs very effectively with the house yellowtail specialities (Tsujiki fish market flown in) — 9 years ago
Love whisper my angel. Perfect dry rose for salads & fish. Would recommend to anyone looking for rose that's not sweet and dry on the tongue — 9 years ago
Enjoying hubby's 1st weekend off in 2 months with a great white wine and fish!❤️ — 9 years ago
Fantastic wine. Pear, lemon, very floral, honey nose. Paired great with fish. — 6 years ago
Light, crisp, delicious. Perfect eith scallops and fish! — 6 years ago
I have no idea why I like it? But I do! It's crisp, but a bit sweet, almost. And fruity! And a bit acidic... maybe, summertime madness? But I love it! Goes great with fish and fruits, and desserts! I'm quite baffled — 8 years ago
Smooth, light notes. Great with fish. Not too acidic. Lemony, ginger, buttery, golden raisin and dried apricot. — 8 years ago
Beautiful copper color, crisp and subtle cherrie notes. Be great with chicken or fish. — 9 years ago
One of three offerings from Mad Fritz last night @ NVWTG. Not usually a stout fan, I thoroughly enjoyed this well balanced brew. Wish I had snapped pics of the others! Great beer with a great story. Serious craftsmanship at work. — 9 years ago
Jeff Murray
Excellent blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Tempranillo instead of Syrah. Works very well. I saw this described as “dusty fruits” which I take to mean earthy, and just slightly subdued. Relatively smooth and opens up nicely with air time. Will keep the other bottles for a while to see how the evolve. Another good effort from ONX wines out of Pasa Robles. Cheers — 5 years ago
