Like it a lot! Reserve blend of Robal, Tempranillo, Cab, Syrah and Garnacha. 12 months in oak. Deep purple color with sweet plum and cherry on the nose. Medium to full bodied on the palate with nice balance of tannins and fruit. Long dry finish. A keeper for this price point. — 8 years ago
WOW. Tasted almost a whole bottle of this at my 2017 Christmas party at Gaucho. Very very nice indeed. — 8 years ago
My fav blend of all blends and the price just puts it over the top. Bold flavor of cherry and oak yet not too spiced. — 10 years ago
An amazingly smooth and quaffable red which the gaucho sommelier encouraged our table of c. 8 to drink. I have no doubt that the context of an imperial bottle aided maturity but top notch drinkability regardless — 10 years ago
This is a red that Sandy actually enjoyed! — 10 years ago

These grapes owere hand-picked which means only the best was selected. This is a complex wine with aromas of pepper, BlackBerries, red peppers and hazelnut. It is a very powerful and concentrated wine with mature tannins that are ripe and elegant. — 9 years ago
Smooth, fruity, amazing taste similar to Sinuelo of Serra Gaucho — 9 years ago
Great body, earthy, smooth finish — 10 years ago
I don't know what's happening with Pinot Noir lately, but I am loving the rich and velvety mouthfeel of this wine. With a nose full of red currant and raisin, the acidity is nicely balanced to clear up the line between plum-fruit and young leather on the finish. Almost Zin-like, without being boastful or spicy, this wine fits the bill for a "big" red without being macho. Think "Bromance." lol — 10 years ago
Yes! Beautifully balanced soft & cheeky💋 — 7 years ago

Tasted with NY Strip steak. At first, it was very closed, but then it opened up in 5 minutes, under wishful duress. Purple with the electric pink rim, it made itself known with strength and a dry finish. Any gaucho would happy with this medium to heavy bodied wine... — 10 years ago
2010. Poor man's Cornas. Intensely minerally/stony nose with a grilled beef note and bright blackberry fruit lurking underneath. Liquid stones and iodiney in the mouth, with a macho feel . . . Tannic but not too much. Long finish. Great buy at $12. — 10 years ago

A rare and special blend of Garnacha, Tintilla de Rota, and Tempranillo from the incredibly beautiful town of Ronda in Andalucia. This is an earthy, macho, and lusty wine! My friend described it as a bad boy, the kind that makes you want to behave badly. This wine has mineral aromas and flavors of dried mud and straw combined with black cherry and black currant notes that stretch into savory, meaty impressions. Tobacco and vanilla flavors linger long on the palate. With smooth tannins, and medium plus balanced acidity, this is a winner! — 6 years ago
