My last bottle from the defunct yet memorable winery.
Smells so delicious, like a fruit yogurt
This drinks like it is fresh, with blackberry bramble, subtle and unique red fruits tucked behind the leather ones.
Tannins are still very gripping, and the acidity tames it back. A touch of heat and its off to the races! — a year ago
Excellent orange wine- preferred slightly cooled, aired out in a decanter — 5 years ago
On the sweet not tannic side. Enjoyable — 6 years ago
Bouquet of coffee, great complexity of berries and earth and tannins. Time for another case. — 7 years ago

This is great! I finally found a wine to match my personality! — 3 years ago
Though it tastes a bit older than ‘09, it absolutely tastes like Italy - quite possibly the best new world Nebbiolo I’ve had. Color is a pale brick with garnet tinges on the rim, and the nose really jumps from the glass in a way that is both energetic and eroding. Palate features fully mature integrated tannins and firm acid with intense dried cherry fruit, dirty rose water, and some emerging earthy tertiary character. It continues to grow on me with more time in the glass - I think this bottle and I found each other on the perfect day. — 5 years ago
Drinking with Stan and Claire and Vivi. Nicely Orange in color. Muddled Tamarind and packaged mandarin. Soft wood smoke. Complex and interesting. Mildly boozy. Kombucha. — 6 years ago
