Blend of 70% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah & 3% Cinsault, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, oak and floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with hints of oak, herb spice and floral notes. Wine was complex and elegant with smooth tannins, long fruit and spicy finish. Aromatic nose of pears, apples, citrus, minerals, light honey and herbs.

Medium plus in body and refreshing, with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with apples, citrus, light apricots, spices, earth, light vegetables and sea salt.

This is a very tasty Pinot Blanc from Alsace. Nicely balanced and easy drinking right out of the bottle. Elegant and fruit forward.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. I paired it with a grilled red snapper.

13% alcohol by volume.
