Cherry syrup, menthol, and earth. But in a good way! — 9 years ago
Leather, savory, jammy but with nice acid, stone fruit, dried roses, some pepper, a little ballpoint pen. From 7th Avenue Liquors. — 9 years ago

Still in good shape! Matured very well! — 10 years ago
Absolutely delicious red that my husband's uncle brought for dinner. Not sure if I'll be able to find it in the USA, but I might try! — 11 years ago
Syrah stands out on this. Dark purple, smoke and pepper. Pretty tasty. — 9 years ago
Free! Thanks Dennis. Bangin. Grippy. Young. And cheap! Just like us! — 9 years ago
Very tasty. Full bodied fruit and earth/spice. More of a "new world" southern rhone if there is such a thing. Delish and inexpensive. — 9 years ago
Really nice côtes du Rhône villages. — 10 years ago
2004—part of a Vieux Telegraphe vertical. Excellent, with layers of good dark fruit and hints of leather and smoke, plus a nice earthiness overall. A lesson for me on the effect of bottle age. (And also how pro ratings can be off the mark—this was wonderful!) Drinking nicely now... — 10 years ago
Fantastic red wine, smooth and tasteful — 11 years ago
75% Grenache, 25% Syrah -- full bodied, not too tannic — 12 years ago

Big juicy wine! — 9 years ago
Dark. Crushed roses. Black cherries. Beautiful nose and a long finish. Perhaps a bit too fatty fruit driven... I loved it but I plan to pick up another Hansel's "three rows" tomorrow as it seemed to add a dimension over the north slope. Nonetheless, all good! — 9 years ago
One of the coolest winds I've had in ages- like melted twizlers — 10 years ago
Long tail, smooth, plum, cherry, mineral, traditional Cote du Rhone; one of our favorites. 2012 — 10 years ago

Deep garnet color with purple hue. Perfume, flower, leather, black pepper, red berry all come together beautifully on the nose. Warm and bright on the palate. The extra chili source like kick at the end might not be for everyone, but I love it. Tannic, and a bit puckery. A harmonized blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre. This is one of the best value wine I've ever tasted. — 8 years ago
