Loved this wine! So complex. Brioche, nutty, high acidity. — 5 years ago
Incredible Traditional Brut! I really enjoy extra dry cava and while this is from France not Spain I’ll be buying it again. If the bubbles were smaller I would definitely give it a 10! It’s dry but has a long finish that’s amazing, really well balanced. — 6 years ago
Sept 28, 2019. J2’s 5th bonus year celebration. Found this rare grape at our small town local grocery (???). My first Chatus experience. Lovely. Deep red, almost black in color. Tart cherries, nice finish. — 7 years ago

Perfect on a 90 degree day. — 8 years ago
Yet another overachieving ‘22 Provence rosé; very satisfying after recent Provence vintages produced a cloying totty fruity pop. White flowers with a pinch of pepper greets you on the first swill. There’s some nice pineapple juice in the middle palate that takes you unexpectedly to a dry finish. This is good stuff and certainly worth a try. — 3 years ago

Light nose. Pretty on palate with lots of purple fruit. Un ripe red or black cherries. Polished tannins. Elegant 2008 — 10 months ago
