Color is a beautiful, almost unnaturally reddish pink, cloudy and hazy. On the nose you get apple cider, watermelon, candied grapefruit and bubblegum. On the palate it's fairly dry with low acid and some of the notes on the nose are lost. It's mostly green apple, mango, peaches and some yeast. No funk from natural processes and incredibly refined for being unfiltered. On the finish you do get a bit of dried herbs. Pretty energetic bubbles like soda pop. — 3 years ago

This is 16 despite the label. Awesome nose. Big cherry fruit, some sweet oak, mint, soil tones, and just an amalgam of intense fruit. Really elegant and juicy with lithe silky tannins and such purity. Terrific structure and top notch finesse. Amazing purity and elegance. Long finish and very chewy. I think needs 3-4 years and/or a 3 hour decant. Terrific focus and freshness. Stunning balance. Awesome. Lovely stuff. — 6 years ago
