A Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre blend. Tasting red cherries, smoke, chocolate & tobacco — 12 years ago
Deep dark color, light nose of fruit. Nice finish with good mineral. A little hot for my taste. — 12 years ago
Smooth, not quite the big zin flavor but good — 10 years ago

Plum and strong but pleasing tannins for a Zin — 10 years ago
Delectable, read the damned label. It's the petit Verdot. Not Zin, and not cab Sauv, and not a Sauv blanc. Read the damned label for once! This is the 2010 Napa Valley Petite Verdot. An amazingly rich and flavorful wine. Nose is really big with blueberries, black berries, plum, baking spices, cigar box, and forest floor. Palate is the most port-like I've experienced. Earthiness balanced against bright acidity. More nutmeg and a bit of sweet garam masala brought on by the ripe grapes and the chewy tannins. Long, gorgeous finish. This wine is perfect for a powerful cheese plate...not as sweet as a port, but just as dominant. Beautiful. — 10 years ago

Unreal. 2007. Just uncorked. First sip no air = jammy amazingness. Not too jammy though. Smells of licorice and anise. Can't wait to air and finish! — 10 years ago
