Excellent Petite Sirah with character & fullness of the 'Old Vine' in it's name. Rich and complex. Bought it when in Sonoma @ their vineyard. Great place if you are in the area. — 9 years ago

Delectable, read the damned label. It's the petit Verdot. Not Zin, and not cab Sauv, and not a Sauv blanc. Read the damned label for once! This is the 2010 Napa Valley Petite Verdot. An amazingly rich and flavorful wine. Nose is really big with blueberries, black berries, plum, baking spices, cigar box, and forest floor. Palate is the most port-like I've experienced. Earthiness balanced against bright acidity. More nutmeg and a bit of sweet garam masala brought on by the ripe grapes and the chewy tannins. Long, gorgeous finish. This wine is perfect for a powerful cheese plate...not as sweet as a port, but just as dominant. Beautiful. — 9 years ago
Great value. Easy to drink. Great flavor, similar to their Zins. I love sangiovese! — 9 years ago

Really nice wine. Pleasant surprise. Merlot driven blend, always thought that varietal does well there. A "big" merlot. Lots of extract. A bit hot alc. very ripe. — 9 years ago
