Cosmetic aroma with elegancy. Quite calm. Balance is really nice. Calm. Close to room temperature, much better. Acidic. 2016 @300/g, 4200, T Enoteca, 190727 — 6 years ago

Muted nose. Gold color. Myer lemon curd. Smooth, little acidity. Layers of minerality on finish, with more lemon. Complex. — 9 years ago
Could be mistaken for a Mersault. Very precise and lifted nose. Discrete reduction. Juicy mid palate that is almost like a top condrieu. — 5 years ago

Purchased at a restaurant and this was the only local bubbly so I wanted to support! This was a beautiful sparkler with fine bubbles, green apple and yeasty notes. Paired perfect with brunch. Will definitely be seeking this out at the winery. $45. — 9 years ago
We drank this with a DELICIOUS pork chop. Unfortunately it was not the right pairing. We only started enjoying it after the taste of our dinner was gone. And then it really started delivering. Lots of levels. Savory and earthy. — 6 years ago
