2020 vintage. Dry Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh. Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng. Dark yellow colour, like a young Sauternes. Honey and flowers. There is definitely a slightly sweet impression on both nose and palate, don't expect a bone dry wine. S lovely wine though that worked well with my home made shrimp soup, but I think this would be a great match for foie gras or light curries. Abv. 13,5%. — 6 days ago
