This might be my new favorite white wine. Some orange and cherry on the nose. I also felt like there was a little lychee there as well. Lightly sweet and delicate with some floral and herbal notes. Doesn’t linger on the palate. Just fades away lightly. Had with a Parmesan cream, roasted red pepper and basil chicken over pasta. Was a fantastic pairing and I plan to look for this wine again.
