Really nice Spanish wine. Go see Rob at varietals on Royal Palm Point. He can hook you up with really exceptional wines. — 7 years ago

I guess I've taken a particular liking to it. An outlier but I think it's pretty good — 9 years ago
18 Davies Renteria single vineyard was solid. Probably opened too early, but a beautiful nose of cherry cola, vanilla and a bit of black tea. Not as much depth on the palate, but it’s warming up and the finish is growing in the second glass. Been consistently impressed with Davies. — 4 years ago

2011 vintage. Lovely lovely. Spicey up front, grippy little tannins , balanced, fruit forward, got some length, nice oak. Fun. — 7 years ago

I’m a sucker for Spanish Tempranillo. This wine seems less fruity and simultaneously more tannic than what I normally have. But still delicious. This is my first non Rioja Tempranillo. This is from the Castilla and Leon region. Typical? I’m eager to find out. — 7 years ago
This was black as my soul. Seriously. So much suspended particulates. Still very good — 7 years ago
A touch more approachable in mouth feel and finish. I could drink that on its own. — 9 years ago
Juicy black fruit, premium leather and hints of spice. Big and delicious with soft tannins and great mouthfeel. Oh, and the label is made out of cork from the region; very cool. €6 — 9 years ago

Wonderful nose & velvety flavor. Smooth, hood but not too sweet. Delicious…love it — 3 years ago
