Served with grilled chicken and potato corn hash. Color looks like it could be boozy, but thankfully not. Nice soft acid. Dry Citrus on the nose which could be the basis for a new Aqua Di Parma scent. Aqua Di Radda perhaps? I don't know but keep it coming guys. Nice wine for a tolerable August evening. Had to source from Biodivino in San Fran and had shipped to the east coast. Nose is much like the air Chianti. Like the Baron,this wine has absolutely no rough edges. Pretty, almost Pinot like. Had with bucatini with black pepper and lardons. This would feel equally at home with fish. Really impressed. Next time we are in Radda we are tracking this guy down — 8 years ago
