Loved this wine tasted at Basil’s wine tasting. $20 with a discount. Nice caramel flavor — 4 years ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of dark red fruits, spice and notes of forest floor. On the palate flavors of blueberry and blackberry with floral, herb and oak. Fine grainy chalky tannins, lively acidity, long finish ending with fruit and mineral spice, tight, needs time. Nice! — 5 years ago
— 8 years ago
Really unique medium bodied red with a very light smooth mid palette and quick clean finish. Very easy drinking as is. Very soft feathery tannins. Tons of ripe blueberry flavor. Dark purple color. Low alcohol for a red. Great summer wine. Great wine to enjoy if looking for something different. — 9 years ago
Didn't know that tequila could be this good! Sad. — 9 years ago
Delicious, almost confuse for Pinot noir, not so vegetal, red fruit, great structure — 2 years ago

Vintage 2017 / true to type chardonnay, minerals in smell, smoky, citrus and vanilla in taste, good balance. From Argentina. This is a good wine to express why blind tasting is so disheartened difficult. Easy to think this is a nice Macon from Burgundy. — 7 years ago
Supper club special! Just the right amount of oak on this. — 8 years ago
87% Malbec 13% Cab Sav blend - noticeable oak shows throughout - really pleasant complex wine — 9 years ago
Ripe blackberry and black cherry, powerful without being heavy on the palate, tart black cherry, a little black pepper bite, and lingering gravelly tannins.

Deep purple in color with a short purplish rim.
Full-bodied with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing blackberries, blueberries, black plums, cooked cherries, spices, oak, licorice, herbs, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 6-year-old Malbec from Mendoza is still young, and a little harsh. I had it before and this time I let it open for a whole day.
Tangy and rich. Very extracted and a little unbalanced.

July 15, 2019. TTW Wine of the month for June 2019. I rarely drink a Malbec (unless I’m in Argentina!) as I normally don’t care for them, but this was an exception. Full bodies and complex, there is a lot going on here. Ripe black fruit (prune, deep plum) with some mocha and spice. Very interesting wine. — 7 years ago
Great cab for the price. Amazing nose, lighter and crisper, more subtle than your typical California cab. Red fruit, soft tannins, not too plump. Not very spicy/peppery. Great. — 8 years ago
Delicious. Especially when paired with steak. Intensely fragrant, full bodied with strong fruit. Really benefits from time to breathe (2-3 hours) — 9 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby color, purple hues, aromas of red and black fruits with herb and cigar spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with vanilla, cacao and tobacco. Fine round tannins, medium+ length ending with fruit, tobacco and mineral spice. Good now! — 6 months ago
