Fantastic. Wish it wasn't our last bottle of the 2012. Subtle Pinot fruit with thyme in the nose. Earthy palate of damp mulch or wet leaves with a nicely balanced red fruit and a savory and slight saltiness in the finish. A great wine from a really cool winery. Clean, medium intensity nose, dark fruit, chocolate, leather. Full body, medium acidity, medium level of tannins (very silky). Flavours of plums, cherries, chocolate. Long finish.
