Beautiful white blind, very focused, pear, honey, oyster shell, green olive. Perfect balance of new world fruit and old world handling. — a year ago
Somewhat closed aromatics even after 2 hours aeration, but rich, ripe, explosive redfruits and dark fruits, some tannins remain, long finish, very fine Syrah!! — 2 years ago
Nice daytime white in hot weather — 5 years ago
Pepper, anise and clove on the nose. Berry stems and leaves, touch of cinnamon, cherry bark, and thinner citrus finish. A tweener that straddles the juicier pinot noirs and more lithe darker reds. This used to be the territory stalked and owned by great Merlot and its blends, but since its excommunication, this is the replacement crowd pleaser. Strong contender for your weeknight wine. — 6 years ago

One of the best rosés I've ever had. Tasted with Joey Rubin and Olivia Lopez at Leona's. Clean, smooth, with a sharp afterbite. — 9 years ago

Hazy deep yellow gold (unfiltered? skin contact?). Caramelized balsa and menthol peaches in the abundant nose. Confirmed on the medium full palate which adds layers of dried quince, baking spices, pickled watermelon rind, and a host of other subtle flavors. Medium acidity from entry; bitter almond on the lengthy, non-stop finish. More complex than you might be expecting, this is a white for hearty fare. Drink now through 2027. — 10 months ago
