Tasted blind and served with another wine. Yellow gold, clearly Reisling and probably German in origin. Notes of mango, tangerine, kiwi, river stones and some petrol. Very rich, but lacking acidity in the way you'd like which suggests this is older. I guess JJ Prum Wehlener Sunnenhuhr Auslese Goldkap. I'm close, it's the white label bottle of the same. This improved over time with air, even though we're told it had been open for several hours. — 5 years ago
So good! Honeysuckle and cooked peaches , little bit of residual sugar that pairs so well with spicy Indian food. Some straw and herbal notes, and maybe a little slate. — 6 years ago
I had this while drinking with a friend. Didn't focus on the taste but it was a nice sip wine. — 6 years ago
Super fruity. A bit too sweet. Not your typical floral Pinot. But good to pair with steak. — 7 years ago

Shimmering yellow. Fresh citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors take on a spicy aspect with air. Juicy and seamless in texture, showing good depth and a subtle floral quality that emerges with air. Clings nicely on the lively finish, which features suggestions of white peach, pineapple and Meyer lemon. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, October 2020) — 5 years ago
