Super tasting with Jeremy. Half bottle! — 5 years ago
Still had some nice life left in it. Maybe a bit past prime but drank really nicely. A treat on New Years. Thanks @Jeremy Gold for sharing! — 6 years ago
Not sure there are many better staters for a 50th birthday party then with Krug Rosé. Thank you Jeremy who is the Somm at Dio Deka for bringing. Thank you Hedy for her carrot ice cream pops (quite unique) and Jenny’s squash small bites featured in the photos. Happy 50th Christina! Great evening of; friends, food & wine. — 7 years ago
Yes it was a 2007 as once again it was in a 375 shiner. Totally fooled on this. More dense than I would've expected for 07. A touch reduced but not in too funky of a way. Learned some interesting things about reduction tonight from Diana and Jeremy. How it's much more likely to occur with properties using Biodynamic farming practices. Fascinating. — 8 years ago

A favorite white. If we're going to go here, go HERE. Drank with Jeremy and Jackie the night before Thanksgiving at Wilde. 2nd bottle. A great starter to middle bottle. I don't like whites. I like this one. Los Angeles. — 7 years ago
i think it's the First vintage for them using cab/merlot/syrah. it's actually still quite concentrated, with the syrah and merlot showing stronger than the cab component. drinking fabulously. plenty of acid still. jeremy killed it with this one at this price point. — 9 years ago
Virtual tasting sponsored by Sage Society with Jeremy Seysses of Triennes and Dujac. My first virtual tasting. Really fun and interesting. Wine was well balanced with nice acidity, ginger, red fruit., light bodied. We also tried the Viognier, which was linear and precise, and the Saint August’s Cab-Syrah blend, which was a bit reduced but opened up in glass. — 5 years ago

Smooth. Drier but really good. Smells super strong and looks like it’s going to be strong but it’s smooth finish. Drinking w/Jeremy. Great flavor — 7 years ago
Dark ruby violet. Blackberry, graphite, and a slight herbal note on the nose. Dense and concentrated red and black fruits on the palate with prominent, chunky tannins and long, gravelly finish. Blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot fermented with native yeasts then aged 19 months in 50% new French oak. Made by Diana Snowden wife of Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac in Burgundy. Would undoubtedly benefit from more time in the bottle. 14.5% ABV. $50. — 7 years ago
Dry perfect rose. Love it. Small tennis ball poof at the end. Drank with Jackie and Jeremy at Wilde on the night before Thanksgiving. Great 🌹! — 7 years ago
Aalto PS 2014 RdD Spain - super dense, plush huckleberry pie with a really nice cedar finish and with smoooth tannins. Thanks to Jeremy at Hedonism for the suggestion. Love it! — 8 years ago
