Pristine wine, wonderful fruit purity, decent weight but delicate, minerality and acidity in perfect harmony with exceptional length. A gorgeous wine and an example of truly excellent Chablis. — 10 years ago

Lemon, lime, pear and peach. Soft citrus acid line. Crushed stone minerality - almost chalky texture. Superb harmony. Really well balanced and with a nice long finish. 5 years seems like a good age even without food. 94 points. — 11 years ago
Better than many Cru's — 12 years ago
Very drinkable. If you find it under 15, a super buy.

Brambly dark berries, meaty, smoky, spicy nose. Rich, velvety texture, woodsy tree bark alongside continuing dark fruits. Plushy tannins make this perfect for blackened chicken, BBQ, and roasts. — 12 years ago
Nice Wine!!!! — 12 years ago
Last bottle ever. Nutty, grassy, huge acid and wonderful purity. I love these wines. — 12 years ago

Pretty funky upon opening. Horsey like a Raffault. But there is a sense of big cherry fruit lurking. Very floral as well. Some combo there of fresh flowers and horseshit. After 30-45 minutes the shit is gone and it’s all violets, earth and cherries. Awesome. Morel is magic. Palate is deep, raw like only Morel can be, with terrific freshness and acidity and a lovely rusticity. St Aubin Rouge are not the most elegant Burgundies but they have so much more than elegance. This wine is long. Really long. It’s a crazy wine that I think with 3-4 more years will really show well. This is like a young version of the 08. — 9 years ago
