Stunning ! Green apples , citrus , melted butter . Delicious — 4 years ago
Chenin Blanc, much like Chardonnay, truly exemplifies a sense of place. The environment, particularly soils, play a strong role in development of the wine. I adore Chenin from all corners of our globe, from sweet to mineral-driven, it almost has as much diversity as, dare I say, Riesling.
A solid buy at $14, prior notes apply; Chenin I always say I need more of you in my life... — 4 years ago
Less on the nose but great on the palate, vanilla and honey, not so buttery — 5 years ago
Delightful, delicate pinot — 5 years ago
Lemon and some malolactic notes. Low Abv but yet concentrated flavour intensity of lemon, bruised apple, mineral and a long finish — 5 years ago
Great balance, already drinking well — 5 years ago
Superb, I think my favourite vineyard here. Great balance of mineral and then the butter comes out and the finish goes on for ages — 5 years ago
We got a wild one here! Very unexpected flavor profile, super tart, a bit bready on the finish. — 5 years ago

2015 vintage. Not easy to find the right information on this lovely estate, on their website there is no mention of a white wine at all. On the internet you will find a white and red "Sainte-Radegonde". I have no idea if this "Les Pins Francs" is another wine or the same under another label, but confusion aside it is absolutely delicious. Sauvignon shines through in the nose with grassy flavours mixed with lime, flowers and a more exotic fruit component I associate with Sémillon. In the mouth concentrated peach fruit and lemon confit, perfectly balanced by the acidity and a long fresh minty finish. Terrific value too at about 17 euro. Kudos to owner Pascal Collotte! — 4 years ago
Astringent, but great fruit on the nose. For 8 euros this seems a great quality-price — 5 years ago
Serious potential, if not as balanced or pretty as the 2014. Certainly more dense, inky and tannic than its predecessor. Showing vibrant sour cherry, raspberry, fresh cut purple flowers, spice cake, Asian spice and licorice. Tremendous mineral tension. Feels a bit extracted now but sure to be a winner. — 5 years ago
