From Graham. Very good and complex. Good with steak. 2011. — 6 years ago
Stunner $22 auction buy. No reason this doesn't have 5 more good years left. RP's note from 2004 are spot on. Slight heat sting on the finish. At this price it's amazing. Storage looks to be pristine. Cork pristine. — 8 years ago
Good with home made pizza. Surprisingly good. — 8 years ago
Big but such a nice balance of fruit, acid and astringency. This is a slow but smooth sipper for those contemplative nights. — 9 years ago
Big fruit dialed back by welcome acidity. Still holding up well. Good tannins in the background. Not much heat from the booze. — 9 years ago
This is drinking extremely well after just a pop and pour. You can see on the side of the bottle that it’s thrown a ton of sediment. Still easily in the drinking window. Underrated winery. — 6 years ago

Thick and intense style of CA Syrah. Full of black plum and holding up well. — 8 years ago
The age adds a lovely oxidative dimension to the wine that weaves together with the sharp almond tones. Viscous and rich but still holds good verve. Finishes a wee bit hot, but still relatively well integrated for 15%. — 8 years ago
Slightly tart but enjoyable. — 9 years ago
