Bought this in 2014 from Lsat Bottle. Should have bought more, it was a steal at the time and it has gotten even better in the last 5 years. Not too acidic, good amount of yeast, and overall excellent sparkling wine. 69% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay — 6 years ago

Very smooth...good blend — 12 years ago
Interesting refreshing Chardonnay, less of the typical - sometimes overwhelming - tropical fruits. But more white fruit (melon), a bit more acidity and a subtle hint of oak. Easy to drink but also interesting for those who appreciate more complexity. — 7 years ago
Found this more airy and lifted than my last bottle. Green pepper and vegetal notes rather than beefy iron etc. Showed well — 8 years ago

Notes of peach, honeysuckle, chalk. Smooth but with body, on sweeter side for me but still nice. Nice summer vibes for January. — 5 years ago
