Color: very deep red garnet with no sediments. Dark cherry plum floral and cream vanilla nose, with floating scents of spice and very subtle cedar. Taste — dark cherry cola hits the pallet with a bang—luscious and bold! Mid pallet brings out the spices and cream vanilla flavors with a long chocolate espresso finish. A nice structure and could lay down for awhile still. A favorite Pinot of mine! — 5 years ago
