Like many Mediterranean islands, Mallorca hosts unusual indigenous grapes, like the Mante Negro, blended with Callet & Cab Sauv. There's the high-toned acidity of blackberries with a licorice taste, a perfume of herbs like lemon balm & juniper & rosemary, with elements of earthy gravel & saline winds.
