2012. Fresh, fruity and funky for our 35 day dry-aged ribeye

2012 (tiny print on far right of label). Oooooh, Gamay from the Loire! Very pretty red cherry fruit and rose petals, carbonic showing through, and silex minerality on the backside.

'12 and sans soufre. Still showing strong. Good acidity, funky Loire gamay signature. There's a bitterness or savory component here I love. Chef curry with sauce will pair perfectly.
