Juicy. Oaky. Plush. Red fruits. Little blue. No tannins. Medium bodied. Seemed fine to most but wife did not approve — 5 months ago
What a lovely wine, stone fruit and citrus, good weight and silky palate, well balanced for our spectacular ten course tasting. — 7 months ago
Bright, translucent, fruit forward yet with the unmistakable Ahr light touch.
Bright, crunchy cherry with some darker accents, herby undergrowth, a touch of anise & orange zest, a whiff of milk chocolate. Highly inviting.
Fresh, sappy, pure and with great flow on the palate. Crunchy tannins, very juicy cherry acidity, and uplifting mineral finish.
Nothing overly complex or profound yet so delicious. Beats most Villages Bourgognes, at a fraction of the price.
And this is his entry wine! — 3 years ago
Very light and principally mineral - almost more like a muscadet than riesling — 4 months ago
2020. The Pierson Meyer Sonoma Chardonnays I’ve loved have all had several years of age on them, so this recent release has a little different balance of oak, fruit, and acidity. The more of everything currently showing this wine probably helped it pair well with a curried squash soup. — 4 months ago
Brilliant. Will get better over the next 5 years. — 5 months ago

Lovely, clean and dry — perfect with Asian food. — 4 years ago
Not bad but paled vs the 96 Rousseau Chambertin. A little match stick in the nose, disjointed. Beefy and young still but not fun at the moment. — 6 months ago
I need a reup right now! Pretty reduction. Stones. Lemons with a touch of concentration. I love 17! At Valley Swim Club — 7 months ago
