Very beautiful wine, well balanced and on the earthy grapy side (where grapes are still grapes and not melons).

Hector and I had this wine in a nice Italian Restaurant in Bad Soden, Taunus. While it commences dry it will evolve into a nice and complex taste. We drank this wine with a full Italian meal starting with asparagus soup, cold and ended in a fish plate. It worked out. — 8 years ago

Lightish body, very savory, slightly dank, also floral notes as well as black pepper. Has some verve. As it opened up, I got a beautiful purity of fruit. — 4 years ago
Has those green hints but they are well integrated and don’t take over the wine. The fruit is still very present. — 6 years ago
Who knew they made Pinot Noir in New Zealand? This was both a surprise in varietal and in quality! — 7 years ago
