Delicate and intense at the same time. I appreciate the restraint and the quality of the fruit here is phenomenal. Smooth and silky with wild berries. This wine beckons you to come back for another sip. Patz and Hall doesn't disappoint. — 9 years ago
One of our all time favorites around the $40-50 price point. Definitely fruit forward but in no way overbearing. Notes of cherry and chocolate up front, but dissipates so beautifully and satisfyingly. — 10 years ago

I theory enjoyed this wine. It opened up fantastically and had a smooth velvety flavor. Paired with beef, rice and carrots. Plan to purchase again. Would taste better with steak or something more full in my opinion. — 6 years ago

We had the 2013 Vintage on 7/25/20. A well balanced, fruit forward, full bodied wine. Tastes of blackberry and blueberry. More akin to the Napa floor as opposed to Stags Leap. — 5 years ago
