Magnum 1975 Heitz Martha's Vineyard. Drank at Archetype lunch w B&K K, J&L B, and M&R H. First of the red lineup. Couldn't believe how this wine held up despite its age. Still had fruit on the nose and a long finish. Really balanced and in perfect shape. — 9 years ago

The original low pressure (4.5 atmospheres as opposed to 6) Blanc de Blancs sourced entirely from the Grand Cru of Cramant. The original name was Cremant de Cramant, but now that name is illegal!
