Soil: Clay and rock of volcanic origin (various Rhyolite Tuffs).
Viticulture: Farmed biodynamically, hand harvested.
Vinification: Fruit is gently pressed. Wild yeasts spurs natural fermentation in 500 liter Hungarian oak barrels
Production: 2,000 cases
