A fantastic Provençal rosé. I feel like I'm back in Cannes, on the Croisette... so excited about the mussels in cream we are pairing it with. The wine has some grapefruit, but the acid and bitter are well-balanced with some bright freshness. Beautiful pale pink colour too. — 7 years ago
Sample bottle from a friend who sells. This fruit is only about 30 miles from Burgundy.
Nice bottle. Round bottle, lighter c02. Brioche right off the top, lime, lemon pear, bruised golden & ripe apple, melon, non distinct red berries, hard chalkiness, flint, saline, crushed limestone minerals, ginger, yellows flowers, nice round acidity and a nice, fresh finish.
Organic tomatoes from my garden, burrata, olive oil, Tondo balsamic, fresh organic basil, Maldon salt. Simple Sourdough from Companion Bakery, the best.

LOVE. Loire might be my favourite French region.
Some green pepper on the nose. Dangerously drinkable. Food friendly. Went well with spiced ground beef and rice, but this red would be a good companion for red or white meat, Indian dishes, or on its own. — 4 years ago

This really overdelivers for <$90 on the list at Marta. Very soft and pleasant mousse. Shimmering golden hue. Pretty red fruit. — 5 years ago
How have I never had this before! Black olives, pepper and licorice floating on Kirsch. Going back for more — 7 years ago
