An elegant Shiraz sparkling red. Mulberries blueberries graphite and leather, lovely on palate with medium+ finish. Would be better if it is more persistent of its spark. 87-88points. Drink now. Tasted in Beijing, Nov.22 — 10 years ago
A fruit bomb! Ripe & rich, other taster disbelieved the age of 26 years. While the 85 was meaty, savoury & leather the 86 is fruit driven & fresh. Better cork appearance but didn't hold like the 85.... So only spritzie now. Great fresh Aussie sparkling red. Cheers. — 11 years ago

Silky tannins with black fruit and spice. A little jammy when first opened but it opens nicely after a couple of hours. On day three with just two inches left in the bottle it was still a great drinking wine suggesting the peak may be a couple of years away. — 9 years ago
