1990 vintage. At Cabotte in London. Medium golden hue. Wonderful nose of nutty, old oak, and stone fruits. Some oxidation. Slight anti septic aromas, but pleasant. Complex. Oceanic agar suspends a muted, pickled peach and matches with fruit bat guano, pine chips, coffee, cardamom and white pepper aromas.
