Oikein maukas! Tuoksu hyvin mieto/olematon, mutta mukavan herukkainen, myös keltaluumuinen/paahteinen/kermainen tms. Puolikuiva, juuri sopivan pirtsakka, makea ja vivahteikas ja "lämmin".
