Golden wine, slight evidence of gas. Lees on the nose, pear, Asian pear, honey, citrus. On the palate, bruised apple, bitter melon, pear, orange peel, citrus fruit, very nice body. Acidity med +, alcohol is low. Juicy fun wine! Got my somm study cards in the background 😂 — 8 years ago

Super high levels of acidity (verging on volatile). Off-dry. Floral aromatics—orange blossom, white flowers, slight oxidation. Loads of tropical fruit flavors on the palate and bitter almond skin on the finish. — 5 years ago
