Giuseppe Nada

Casot Barbaresco Nebbiolo 2012

And I thought there were only two great Nadas in Barbaresco. This is pretty great. Nicely played, Garagiste guy. — 10 years ago

Domaine du Bouchot (Kerbiquet)

Pouilly-Fumé Regain Sauvignon Blanc

Oh me! What words for this...stone fruit and saline on the nose, a medium bodied lass with legs that taste of kumquats on the sweet ripe side of their life and a ever so slightly salty slate slab that is this. So do-able. Dang it I am going to need to stop only ordering single bottles from Garagiste. — 10 years ago

I've made that mistake many times. The Garagiste wines are always worth additional bottles.

Château Vieux Robin

Médoc Cru Bourgeois Red Bordeaux Blend 2005

Garagiste selection. $18.71. Classic Medoc. Another excellent value from Garagiste. Flavorful aromas. Nice tannins. — 10 years ago

Terreno

Riserva Chianti Classico Sangiovese Blend 1996

19 years of age made a nice dry red. The cherry fruit profile became quite subtle and restrained. Glad I didn't wait any longer to open this. #garagiste — 11 years ago

Rose Blend 2015

Oh heck. Dang you garagiste. I've realized it is generally better to order 2 at a time but...this lovely Baden rosé(?!$) is crazy...kerosene plus roses and cherries and maybe mandarins and/or flippin' blackberries o my when I have a good blank slate for it I shall give another write-up. I've at least got one more! bottle — 9 years ago

Always best to order 1 to drink and 1 to save! Sounds awesome.

No you need 3 at a time, 1 to drink 1 to save & 1 to sell later to pay for the one you drank,

@Dan White @Paul T right well two-three...maybe four would be a safe call lol. For this price point not unreasonable in the future...

Château Baret

Pessac-Léognan Red Bordeaux Blend

Great balance of minerals, fruit, and tannins. Parker likes 2010s, 2009s and 2005s - this seems to back him up, and at a reasonable price. Nice pick from #garagiste — 10 years ago

Sybille Kuntz

Spätlese trocken Riesling 2013

More peach than grapefruit when compared to the Kabinett, probably due to the late harvest / higher sugar content. Great dry Riesling. #garagiste — 10 years ago

'Tis the season to drink delicious, fruity bojo from @garagiste — 10 years ago

Il Marroneto

Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese 2000

Great bottle with dry red fruits and pronounced tannins. Give it at least 2 hours to open up. Made a dish around it: Steak au poivre with turnip purée, yellow oyster mushrooms and Brussels sprout chips in red wine sauce. Perfect dinner! #garagiste — 11 years ago

Kabinett Trocken Mosel Riesling 2013

High acid for a Riesling. Very dry with a bitter finish. Nice. #garagiste — 10 years ago
