Reduction upon opening, then pure ethereal slightly dusty fruit. Aroma like drier sheets in a good way, tons of freshness, and the slightest hint of olive. Gorgeous. (I think it is 2014 but I'm not sure -- label states 11,2% ABV). — 9 years ago

After my discovery of Coteau du Vernon from Vernay this Condrieu from Gangloff has been the star of the night. Aromatically explosive on the nose with notes of honeysuckle and peach. In the mouth alcohol is happily controlled for a 2015 ouf! super equilibrium with pot pourri and peach. A jewel of a wine unfortunately they do not make much of it. — 6 years ago

Pop and pour. Notes from 4 hrs open. On the nose: freshly cut honeysuckle, then loads of flowers, mint, soft honey and wet stone. On the palate: excellent acidity, wet stone, ginger, medicinal herbs, fantastic density. Better than my last btl...definitely one of my condrieu standards. Yum! — 5 years ago
