Damn! This wine was simply badass last night. Scintillating acidity, judo-like palate weight, explosive with apple and key lime in the nose and lots of smoky CLR. Encore une expérience wow avec Selosse ! Couleur or, beaucoup plus foncée que la majorité des champagnes. Présence qui tapisse la bouche de fruits à chair blanche. Texture crémeuse, style oxydatif, plus prononcé que Bedel bu dernièrement. Belle longueur. — 8 years ago

Went to Rotisserie Georgette and found a lovely bottle of Francoise et Denis Clair St Aubin. Dinner with Protik Basu, with whom I visited the winery in 2013. Nice example of a Primer Cru St Aubin Blanc. May be giving it a nostalgia boost. — 9 years ago
