Steely, clean, tropical, pineapple with some pear. Nimble, live, pebbly. Little sandy. Love the acid.

Fully mature, but no oxidation, has a white flower, poached pear nose with beeswax and honeyed citrus on the back end. Full bodied, rich and still lovely finish, reminds me of an Orange sherbet Popsicle. — 9 years ago
