Pleasantly surprised at the life left in this OR Pinot. Still very much in its main drinking window. Cranberry dominant, as well as black cherry and rhubarb. Herbal funk is becoming more prevalent as it ages. Very smooth. OR Pinot can age, ladies and gents! Thanks @Keith Fisher ! — 8 years ago
Talk about an introduction to Washington state wines! Wow. @Benjamin Keator and @Keith Fisher were kind enough to share a glass of some big boy WA wines, and both were super unique.
The nose on this to me was heavy on cinnamon and nutmeg. A tannic monster which gradually opened up (though not near fast enough for me as I had to leave early). Great texture on the palate. A lot of dark fruit, plums, dustiness to it. Tasting it alongside a Syrah gave this more of a toasted oak/vanilla finish than if it was stand alone. Definitely going to seek some of this out. — 8 years ago
Buttery, full body, hints of floral. Very good — 9 years ago

As you climb down a musty cellar, you enter into a damp fisher man house by the river. You're then greeted by Arabian smells. Fruit is soft, with oily length and violet finish — 10 years ago
Our monthly 4th Friday event at the storage facility. No requirements, just wine you want to share with others! Always an enjoyable time.
This was courtesy of @Keith Fisher . A beautiful wine in a perfect window. No age here at all...taste just 5 years old. Dusted cocoa leaves, decadent chocolate and impeccable balance and texture! — 8 years ago

Pale green in the glass. Light licorice nose. Mint and licorice on the palate. This is apparently the only Bohemian Style Absinthe in the US currently. Lower anise level than French or Swiss styles. — 10 years ago
Had with a frittata and enjoyed them both! — 12 years ago
😳 What a wine! SQN is so freaking unique, and I hope my time on their waiting list speeds up! I've been fortunate to taste a few older SQNs, but this Syrah seemed to have the most age left in it. Powerful wine.
There is some funk to this, and it doesn't have as much prevalent smoked meats to it yet, but I believe it's just a matter of time. The texture and finish on SQN's can't be rivaled. Blackberry jam, fleshy red fruit skins, brioche. Need more of these in my life! Such an awesome bottle by @Keith Fisher ! — 8 years ago
